The Rooms
Our 4 double bedrooms share the same main line of elegance and comfort. Distinct hues give them different personalities. Three of them have a real sea view. All are equipped with windows and shutters in the purest Retais style. They also have their own bathroom.
A dormitory for 4 children with bathtub completes them so that young and old can easily get along in this beautiful house.
All the bedding in the house is new and equipped against the risk of bed bugs.

Bedroom 1
The first bedroom, in soft shades of beige, offers a fabulous view of the lighthouse from its four large windows with shutters.
Spacious (29m2), it has a Queen Size double bed (160×200), a large dressing room, a double sink bathroom with waxed concrete shower and a private toilet.
The equipment is complete (hair dryer, steamer, etc.).
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom of 16m2, black and white, offers a corner view of the ocean and the garden.
It also has a Queen Size double bed (160×200), a single bathroom with a microcement sink and cement tiles. It is completed with a storage space.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom, also of 16m2, overlooks the quiet alley leading to the house. Its dark green tones call for serenity.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom, with a large Queen Size double bed (160 x 200), measures 18m2 and has a beautiful sea view from two of its three windows.

Dormitory room
The dormitory overlooking the alley and the ocean has been designed to accommodate four children.
It has two bunk beds of 90×200 and a bathroom with a round bathtub suitable for the games of the little ones. Storage spaces are adapted under the beds.

The outdoor living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs with feet in the sand, will be a guaranteed place for relaxation.
The covered patio overlooking the garden and pool is equipped with a three-burner plancha. It can accommodate 8 to 12 guests for meals.
In the summer, you will enjoy your meals under the patio, designed to seat 8 to 12 guests.
The spacious paved parking area (for 4 vehicles and bicycles) opens onto a landscaped garden (olive trees, rose bushes, flower beds) providing both sunny and shaded areas.
The Pool
The cut stones give the pool the feel of a traditional basin. It features a beach area, an 8-meter lap lane, and a relaxation zone with umbrellas and loungers.
The pool is secured with an electric rolling cover.
The Boules Court
The petanque court will offer you some lively games during aperitif hour.

It’s secured with an electric cover. The pool is heated from late April to late September, depending on the weather. Bath towels are provided (one per tenant).

Beds will be made upon your arrival. Bath towels, shower mats, and kitchen towels will be provided so you can travel light.
Laundry Room
A functional laundry area with a dryer and washing machine is located in a separate annex, away from the living areas.
